A pair of single-family homes just north of Foothill Boulevard in Tujunga are slated to give way to a small lot subdivision, per an application submitted last month to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.

The proposed development from applicant Andre Haghverdian, slated for a site at 7134 W. Greeley Street, calls for subdividing the approximately 7,300-square-foot lot to enable the construction of five single-family dwellings.

Ganie Diño Design is designing the project, which would consist of modern three-story structures featuring three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,350 to 1,466 square feet in size. Each house would include a garage on the ground floor.

City records indicate the project site last sold in 2021 for $770,000.

Elsewhere in Tujunga, plans were recently initiated for a similar small lot project at 10240 Pinewood Avenue.
