The project from Orion Capital, which would rise at 5110 Washington Boulevard, calls for the construction of a six-story building featuring 124 one- and two-bedroom apartments above parking for 50 vehicles.

The new development will be fully income-restricted, and utilized the streamlining provisions of Executive Directive 1.

JPark Architects is designing the project, which is portrayed in plans as a contemporary podium-type building.
