Fairfield Hotel takes shape at 3640 Century Blvd. in Inglewood

In Inglewood, wood framing is taking shape for a new Fairfield by Marriott near SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome.

The project at 3640 W. Century Boulevard, which is being developed by property owner Bhagat Investments - Century, LLC, consists of a five-story building that will include 150 guest rooms atop a new ground-floor bar and lounge.

AXIS Architecture is designing the contemporary podium-type building, while Level 3 Design Group is serving as the project's interior designer.

According to a narrative released by the architect, the hotel will include a rooftop terrace decks with views of the Hollywood Park complex to the north.

At the time of the project's groundbreaking in mid-2025, completion was expected in roughly two years.

The new Fairfield isn't the only hotel on the rise in the vicinity of Intuit Dome and SoFi Stadium. Across the street in Hollywood Park, concrete and rebar are rising for the 13-story Kali Hotel. Two additional hotels are slated for sites located nearby.
