In Hawthorne, the first units are coming online for a new townhome complex from Melia Homes.
Located on 3.15 acres that formerly housed Hawthorne Nursery at 4159 and 4120 El Segundo Boulevard, the project is approved for the construction of 68 three-story townhomes.
The project, called Indigo, will include one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 926 to 1,946 square feet in size. Advertised sales prices start in the mid $600,000s.
Summa Architecture is designing the contemporary stucco-clad homes.
