In Gardena, developers Cityview and Stockbridge have completed work on Apollo, a new multifamily residential building near the offices of SpaceX and Ring.

Located just south of El Segundo Boulevard at 12888 S. Crenshaw Boulevard, the complex consists of an eight-story featuring 265 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments above podium parking for 250 vehicles.

A leasing website for Apollo advertises monthly rents ranging between $2,750 and $4,496 per month.

AC Martin designed the contemporary podium-type building, which includes a pool deck, a fitness center, and multiple courtyards. Individual units include washer-dryer sets and stainless steel appliances, with some also including private balconies and walk-in closets.

Other members of the project team include Westport Construction, Nadia Geller Designs, and MJS Landscape Architecture.

A similar development was completed one block north in the City of Hawthorne in 2021.

Cityview, which is based in Los Angeles, recently complete its acquisition of a site in Westchester where it plans to build a mixed-use apartment complex just east of Sepulveda Boulevard.
