Toll Brothers will build 43 homes on a former Catholic church property in Redondo Beach, the company announced earlier this month.

Located at 122 Pacific Coast Highway, the project secured approvals from Redondo Beach planning officials in February 2026. City Ventures, which led the entitlement process, received authorization for a larger project than otherwise allowed in exchange for providing three units for very low-income households.

"We are thrilled to bring this exclusive new community to the highly sought-after Redondo Beach area," said Toll Bros group president Nick Norvilas in a news release. "With its prime location, luxurious townhome designs, and the ability to personalize, Toll Brothers at Redondo Beach offers home shoppers the best of coastal living in Southern California."

The new homes are to consist of three-story buildings, and will offer floor plans ranging from 1,400 to 2,200 square feet in size. Asking prices start at $2 million.

Model homes are expected to open in 2027.
