At a previously vacant site just northeast of the of Cal State University, Dominguez Hills in Carson, developer Brandywine Homes is building out its latest development of for-sale housing.

The project, located at the northeast corner of Central Avenue and Victoria Street, will feature a total of 175 residential units, built as a mixture of 95 three-story row homes and 80 three-story stacked flat units. Plans also call for a recreation center, a dog park, and a linear park.

The gated community, per plans approved by the City of Carson, will include a mix of two- and three-bedroom dwellings, as well as parking for 417 vehicles.

The project comes on the heels of Uptown, a 37-unit townhome complex completed by Brandywine a short distance west along Victoria Street.
