Seal Beach-based homebuilder the Olson Company has completed construction of Blossom Walk, a new set of single-family homes in Compton.

The gated community, located on a former industrial site at 1950 N. Central Avenue, includes a total of 29 single-family residences with floor plans of up to 4 bedrooms and 1,797 square feet.
According to a sales website, each house includes a full driveway, a two-car garages, an open-air decks, and a backyards. Additionally, plans call for common amenities such as a private park, a tot lot, and a barbeque area.
Sales prices for Blossom Walk are listed as starting in the mid-$700,000s.

The Olson Company is not done with housing in the City of Compton. The developer recently secured approvals to build 57 townhomes on a former redevelopment agency property at 250 N. Central Avenue.
