A year-and-a-half after commencing work in Gardena, another townhome complex from G3 Urban is starting to take shape.

Normandie Place, named for its location at 15725 Normandie Avenue, will eventually consist of 30 townhomes in a mix of studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans. According to a project website, the homes will range from 711 to 1,917 square feet in size.

Per the website of Borstein Enterprises, which is a partner on the project, Normandie Place will include 27 market rate units and three affordable units.

Renderings depict a series of contemporary three-story buildings clad in stone and stucco.

G3 Urban, which is based in Gardena, has previously developed  a series of similar townhome complexes at locations along Rosecrans Avenue. More recently, the company commenced work on 22 townhomes at a long-vacant property on Marine Avenue.
