In Glassell Park, IHP Capital Partners and Comstock Homes have commenced work on a new for-sale housing development just north of the Glendale Freeway.
Located on a 1.9-acre site at 3845 Fletcher Drive, the project calls for the construction of 37 detached homes and 20,000 square feet of open space and outdoor gathering areas.

At the time the project was announced in mid-2022, the joint venture partners said that they expected to break ground on the project townhomes in early 2023, with the aim of launching sales by the second quarter.
KTGY is designing the houses, which will stand three stories in height and feature two and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,650 to 1,740 square feet in size. Each home will include a two-car garage and a rooftop deck.

In addition to its project with Comstock in Glassell Park, IHP recently announced plans to build 33 homes on Santa Anita Avenue in Arcadia.
