A new development of townhome-style condominiums is on the rise in Santa Ana, Toll Brothers announced earlier this month.

The project, called 717 Lyon, is a gated community named for its address at 717 S. Lyon Street. includes 51 three-story townhomes, including 43 market-rate units and eight which are designated for low-income households.

“We are excited to introduce 717 Lyon, which combines modern design, superior craftsmanship, and a prime location in the Downtown Santa Ana Historic District,” said Toll Brothers Southern California division president Brad Hare in a news release. “This community provides a unique opportunity for home buyers to experience luxurious townhome-style living with all the conveniences of an urban lifestyle.”

Asking prices for the homes start at $889,000.

Completion of the full project is expected in 2026.

The site was originally entitled for development by Warmington Residential.
