An empty lot in Pomona is set for redevelopment with housing, per an environmental notice recently issued by the city.

The Foothill Place project from G3 Urban, slated for a property at 700 E. Foothill Boulevard, calls for the construction of 59 attached condominium units in a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts. The complex would include buildings ranging between two and three stories in height, and include 127 parking spaces.

As a condition of approval for density bonus incentives, G3 Urban would be required to set aside 11 percent of the new homes for purchase by moderate-income households.

Architeyk is designing the townhome-style development, according to published plans. Renderings of the finished product depict a contemporary design.

G3 Urban is developing a similar project just south of the 91 Freeway in Artesia.
