The project, which is being developed by Flexible PSH Solutions, Inc., occupies a site to the north of Beverly Boulevard between Madison and Janita Avenues. A full buildout of Enlightenment Plaza will create 387 apartments across multiple structures composed of prefabricated modular untis. That's down from the original plan for the site, which had called for up to 454 apartments.

KFA Architecture is designing the project, which will also include a central green space linked by pedestrian pathways which lead to the surrounding streets of Oakwood, Madison, and Juanita Avenues.
