Located on a 1.45-acre site at the northeast corner of Bay and Monterey Streets, the project consists of a five-story building that will feature 62 dwelling units and approximately 27,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space at completion. Plans also call for 420 parking stalls in below-grade levels and a standalone garage to the north.

Designed by Simon Lee & Associates, the project is depicted in renderings as a contemporary low-rise structure with a podium-top amenity deck along its eastern property line. Images also show cantilevered balconies lining its facade along Bay State and Monterey Streets.

An environmental study adopted by the City of Alhambra previously indicated an 18-month construction timeline for the project.
