A through lot on the east side of Silver Lake Boulevard is set for redevelopment with infill housing, says Sean Navi of Development House.

The project site at 738 N. Vendome Street, developed with a single-family home in the 1930s, is slated for the new construction of two duplexes each featuring an attached accessory dwelling unit. The resulting six homes would all be approximately 1,100 square feet in size and include two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Development House is working with architecture firm Yu2e Inc. on the Vendome Six. Renderings depict a pair of three-story structures colored white, blue, and teal.

Construction is on track to be completed in early 2026, per Navi.

The project site is located a short walk to the north on Silver Lake Boulevard from CIM Group’s Dillon apartments, which include a Target on the ground floor, and abut a development of 12 small lot homes completed in 2020 on neighboring property fronting Marathon Avenue.

Development House and Yu2e previously worked on a similar development in the Mid-City neighborhood consisting of duplexes with attached ADUs.
