More than a half-year since our previous update, the concrete frame of the $300-million Kali Hotel development is largely complete in Inglewood's Hollywood Park complex.

The project from KPC Development Co., located just south of SoFi Satdium, consists of a 13-story building which will include 300 guest rooms on its upper floors. The hotel is to be part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, and will feature 34 suites intended to cater to sports and entertainment figures visiting nearby venues. The property is the only hotel located within Hollywood Park.
