Located along Rosecrans Avenue just east of Sepulveda Boulevard, the 55,000-square-foot facility is located within the footprint of the Beach Cities Media Campus. The project is billed as the largest facility of its type for a women's professional sports team, and will include two regulation WNBA courts, a circular locker room, a weight room, spa pool, nap rooms, hydrotherapy suites.

Real estate services company Transwestern is developing the facility, which is being designed by a team that includes architecture by Gensler, landscape design by Rios, and interior designs by Studio Blitz.

Completion is anticipated in 2027.
