In Pasadena, new medical offices are taking shape on two sites across the street from Huntington Hospital.

At 590 Fair Oaks Avenue, exterior finishes are now taking shape on a four-story, approximately 100,000-square-foot building that will house Keck Medicine of USC. The low-rise structure will sit atop  subterranean parking for 212 vehicles. 

SmithGroup is designing the building, which is composed of steel and has a white exterior.

A few blocks to the south at 758-766 Fair Oaks Avenue, construction is in the earlier stages for similar development which is tied to Huntington Hospital.

Like its neighbor to the north, the project at Fair Oaks and Fillmore Street will be a four-story building featuring just over 100,000 square feet of medical offices atop subterranean parking for 200 vehicles.

Mascari Warner Dinh is designing the contemporary low-rise building.
