Located at 113 S. Soto Street, the project consists of a five-story building which will feature 64 apartments - including 63 affordable units - above approximately 2,400 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a 50-car garage.

GGA is designing the contemporary low-rise structure, which will be flanked by a new landscaped plaza. Other open spaces in the project include a central courtyard, a roof terrace, and an exercise room.

Completion of Los Lirios is on track to occur later this year.

The project is the latest in a string of developments from ELACC at the intersection of Soto and 1st Streets, including the two phases of the Cielito Lindo apartments at the northeast corner of the intersection. ELACC has also set its sights on a Metro-owned site next to Mariachi Plaza Station, with plans for the 60-unit Lucha Reyes apartments at the intersection of Bailey Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
