Watts Works, located on a corner lot at 9502 S. Compton Avenue, consists of a four-story building which will feature 25 apartments - including 24 supportive units priced for rent at the very low-income level.

Designed by Studio One Eleven, Watts Works is of a contemporary style and comprised of prefabricated modular units. The building is arranged to create space for a street-fronting courtyard and a rooftop deck.

The developers are partnering with The People Concern, which is slated to provide on-site supportive services for residents, including counseling, community-based healthcare, treatment, and employment training.
