In south Arcadia, sales are kicking off for Miren, a new housing development built by a joint venture between Intracorp Homes and IHP Capital Partners.
The project, located on a nearly three-acre property at 2607 S. Santa Anita Avenue, consists of 33 single-family dwellings, ranging from 1,860 to 2,211 square feet in size. Floor plans range from three to five bedrooms, and all houses include up to three bathrooms and attached-two-car garages.
“We are excited to deliver this luxurious new community to Arcadia, a city that’s renowned for its established, well-manicured neighborhoods, rich cultural heritage and prestigious school system—but one that remains underserved for new homes,” says Intracorp Southern California president Brad Perozzi in a news release. “We were very pleased to have partnered with IHP Capital Partners for Miren’s development.”
WHA designed the two-story homes, while Jubilee Interiors served as interior designer.
Pricing for Miren has not been released, although more information is available at a project website.
Besides its new Arcadia development, Vancouver-based Intracorp's other Southern California projects include new townhomes in Tustin and a mixed-use apartment complex at the site of Gable House Bowl in Torrance.
