The contemporary mixed-use project will front Lincoln Boulevard with a new plaza, with private yards and an interior courtyard providing additional open space exclusive to residents.

At the time of its groundbreaking, The Journey had an estimated budget of $28.6 million. Funding for the project comes from multiple sources, including Measure HHH.
