Just off of Western Avenue in Exposition Park, work is complete for a new Tripalink development at 1712 W. Jefferson Boulevard.

Located on the former site of a  small commercial building, the project consist of four new buildings containing a total of seven apartments, as well as three accessory dwelling units. Permit records indicate that a certificate of occupancy for the seven apartments was issued in September 2024, followed by the ADUs in February 2025.

JZA Architecture designed the project, which caters to students at nearby USC.

"Each unit is four stories on height with en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom to provide privacy for the student groups," reads a narrative posted to the firm's website. "A communal rear yard allows for gathering with landscaping, seating and a BBQ area. The four-story volumes are subdivided by white plaster volumes with punched openings and vertical fiber-cement plank siding and a decorative louver system."
