In Jefferson Park, CIM Group has completed a new office building at the intersection of 30th Street and Crenshaw Boulevard.

The property, named 3000 Crenshaw for its address, is a three-story structure which features 55,673 square feet of offices atop a two-level subterranean parking garage.

Designed by ShubinDonaldson, the low-rise structure includes an exterior of glass and steel, with private balconies on all floors, a patio on the third floor, and a rooftop deck.

The project sits a short walk north of Metro's Expo/Crenshaw Station.

CIM Group has developed a similar office building across 30th Street, and is now building a mixed-use apartment complex on a former West Angeles Church property on the opposite side of Crenshaw Boulevard.
