An empty lot in Reseda is set to be redeveloped with small lot homes, per a new application to the Los Angeles Department of City.

The project from applicant Leo Polosadjian, slated for an approximately .66-acre property at 19448 Saticoy Street, is to be divided into five lots, each of which would be developed with a single-family home, an attached accessory dwelling unit, a detached accessory dwelling unit, and a junior accessory dwelling unit. The resulting development would include 20 total homes.

Joseph Kasbar is designing the project, which would include one- and two-story structures with white stucco exteriors.

The proposal employs the provisions of SB 1123 and SB 684 to allow for streamlined entitlements.

A similar project is planned on a site at 18838 Lanark Street in Reseda.
