Midway between Fountain Avenue and Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, framing is complete for a new development of small lot homes from Breakform Real Estate.
The project, which replaced a single-family home at 1327 N. Fuller Avenue, consists of five new homes, each of which will feature 1,850 square feet of floor area, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a rooftop deck, and a two-car garage.

When the project was announced in 2018, it was stated that the completed homes would not share any foundations or walls with one another, and thus not require homeowners association dues.

The development site sites just south of a stretch of Sunset Boulevard which has recently seen the construction of a five-story, 50-unit mixed-use project from Wiseman Residential and a larger two-building residential-retail complex by Greystar.
