In Irvine, Alliance Residential has completed work on Broadstone Edition, architecture firm KTGY announced late last month.
The project, which broke ground in 2021 at the intersection of Alton Parkway and Von Karman Avenue, is a five-story structure featuring 264 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, wrapping around a five-story, 426-car garage.
Per KTGY, the housing includes 22 apartments reserved for very low-income households and 14 moderate-income units.
“The Broadstone Edition design responds to the diverse housing demands in Irvine, which continues to be underserved by the market,” said KTGY Principal Bryan Sevy in a news release “The community accomplishes this goal with attractive and stylish indoor/outdoor amenity areas and gathering spaces that incorporate a visually intriguing blend of materials and colors, along with thoughtfully placed art and murals."
The contemporary wrap-style development includes amenities such as a pool and spa with cabanas, a karaoke lounge, a rooftop deck, a lounge, and a gym.
Other recent Southern California projects from Alliance Residential include the more than 1,200-unit Park & Paseo complex in Santa Ana and the 189-unit Broadstone Promenade development now rising in Downtown Long Beach.
