Located across Red Hill Avenue from the sprawling Tustin Legacy property, the development is composed of three separate residential projects:

Park & Paseo, which spans roughly 18 acres, features a combined total of more than 1,200 residential units, as well as 18,000 square feet of retail space and 55,000 square feet of offices.

AO designed the project, which has street frontage on both Red Hill and Dyer Road. The buildings are arranged around a private road and a central green space, with additional amenity areas provided through courtyards within each apartment complex.

A project website advertises a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom dwellings at the Park & Paseo, where rents. Advertised rents at the three individual apartment complexes range from roughly $2,400 per month to more than $5,500 month.

The project site is located north of  a new office campus from LPC West, which sits on a portion of the former Marine Air Corps Station now known as Tustin Legacy. Likewise, Abode Communities and AvalonBay Communities are slated to build more than 1,200 mixed-income homes on another portion of the former military complex.
