According to plans found using ATC, SCAH-LA is seeking approvals to redevelop a property at 3501 W. 3rd Street with a nine-story building featuring 168 studio and one-bedroom apartments sans on-site automobile parking.

As a fully affordable housing development, the project would be eligible for density bonus incentives permitting a larger structure than typically allowed by zoning rules.

Metropolis Architecture is designing 3501 W. 3rd Street, according to plans included with the filing.
