In Culver City's Hayden Tract, Redcar Properties continues to develop new offices.

The latest project, as detailed in a newsletter from general contractor Reaume Richardson, is now taking shape at 3550 Hayden Avenue. Work included the rehabilitation of a 9,700-square-foot bow truss warehouse, which is already complete. Construction is ongoing for the second phase of the project - a three-story, approximately 15,000-square-foot building which will include two floors of offices atop ground floor parking.

According to a leasing brochure, the new building will include 12-foot high ceilings, operable windows, skylights, outdoor patio space, and a rooftop deck.

The site is located a short walk from the E Line's Culver City and La Cienega/Jefferson Stations.

Besides the project taking shape on Hayden Avenue, Redcar's other Culver City projects include a new 35,700-squar-efoot building at 8570 National Boulevard and a 46,000-square-foot development at 5835 Washington Boulevard.
