Trader Joe's is ready to plant another flag on the Westside, per an application recently filed with the L.A. Department of City Planning.

In an application for alcohol sales, the store indicates plans to establish a 12,585-square-foot grocery store in the former Fox Theater property at 620 S. Lincoln Boulevard. Building ownership previously considered renovating the theater, shuttered for more than 30 years, as offices with commercial uses.

The newest addition to the Century City skyline continues to fill out. 

On the heels of its 10th anniversary, Los Angeles-based investment firm Atar Capital announced this week it has signed a least for a home at 1950 Avenue of the Stars. The company has been located in Century City since its founding, per a statement from founder Cyrus Nikou.

The lease will account for approximately 11,000 square feet of space, reports Commercial Observer.

Other occupants of the 37-story, 730,000-square-foot building will include Clearlake Capital and CAA.
