A leasing website advertises rents ranging between $5,174 and $6,205 per month.

“We’re excited to celebrate the completion of Lilian and are now welcoming residents,” said Harridge Development president David Schwartzman in a news release. “Lilian offers a unique townhome experience in Frogtown, combining the comfort and feel of a single-family home with the connection of a close-knit community.”

City records indicate WHA designed the project, which includes amenities such as a fitness center and co-working space.

The new development is the latest in a recent string of housing development in Frogtown, including a small lot subdivision from Watt Companies and a 52-unit apartment complex from Uncommon. Harridge also has approvals for a second residential development across the street from Lilian.

Though a larger project for Frogtown, is it relatively modest in scale for Harridge, which has plans for high-rise towers at the Crossroads Hollywood complex on Sunset Boulevard and a revamp and expansion of the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza mall. The company is also developing similar rental townhomes in Granada Hills.
