Nearly one year after starting work in Gardena, wood framing has reached the top floor for a series of townhomes from local developer G3 Urban.
Marine Place, named for its location at 2545 Marine Avenue, consists of three-story buildings which will feature 22 studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhomes at completion.
KTGY is designing the homes, which will range from as small as 379 square feet to as large as 1,801 square feet. Plans call for two units to be set aside for purchase at below market rates. The completed buildings are depicted in renderings as stucco-clad buildings, each featuring ground-level parking and rooftop decks.
G3 Urban, which is based in Gardena, has also developed townhomes complexes at sites along Rosecrans and Normandie Avenues.
Outside of Gardena, G3 Urban is planning 80 townhomes and commercial uses for a former industrial site just west of Pioneer Boulevard in Artesia.
